Neil helped us from beginning to end. He never pushed one option over the other but simply provided us with different cost brackets and savings measures. Neil was in contact with us even prior to the roof being replaced regarding scheduling and what to expect day of. The Lighthouse crew was diligent, and we appreciated that they did everything they could to clean up after. Neil was out during the replacement process and would not leave until he himself checked over the house and yard to make sure everything was done correctly and cleaned up appropriately.

We were able to see pictures of the roof and received a thorough detail of work that was to be completed. Received the online quote via email, approved, and they were out the next day to start the work. Work was completed within a couple of hours (removing old vents, installing new ones; adding sealant and new shingles). Then they were gone—invoiced with detailed photos of work completed, and invoice paid. It was simple.
